Zelensky said who should control the ceasefire.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, indicates that the control over the ceasefire should be carried out by the United States of America with the support of European countries.
Zelensky stated at a press conference: 'The most important task for the Americans is to ensure a complete and unconditional ceasefire. Monitoring this process will be easier with the involvement of all parties. The United States of America bears responsibility for control, but if they want to share this responsibility, we can discuss it with European countries, for example, the United Kingdom or France.'
Zelensky also emphasized that Ukraine can obtain security guarantees only during a ceasefire or when signing an agreement to end the conflict. Security guarantees cannot be ensured during hostilities.
The President also stressed that temporary restrictions on the ceasefire, for example, for 30 days, will help to pressure Russia and develop an action plan for all parties.
Zelensky expressed his support for the initiative to procure military assistance from the United States of America.
