Zelensky discussed with Rutte the involvement of North Korean troops in the war against Ukraine.


President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with key partners of Ukraine in Budapest.
During a meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, Zelensky called on Western partners to respond more decisively to the involvement of North Korean troops in Russian aggression.
The implementation of the decisions of the NATO Washington Summit was also discussed, including strengthening air defense and investment in the production of military equipment in Ukraine.
Zelensky also met with UK Prime Minister Kier Starmer to discuss the Victory Plan and support for the defense industry.
During a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, issues of military assistance and the development of military capabilities were discussed. Zelensky expressed gratitude to France for supporting the Victory Plan.
