It turns out that the absence of a paper military accounting document is not a reason for you to be fined. At least, that's what lawyer Vladislav Deryi claims.
However, if you receive a summons to obtain the paper document and do not appear, then you should prepare for a fine. Such is the case in Ukraine.
In his response, the lawyer refers to the legislation and the practices of the territorial recruitment centers. So stay connected with all military documents if you don't want to have issues with fines.
