Yesterday's strike on Poltava region: what is the situation with gas supply in the area.


Repair crews in Poltava region have completed work to restore the damaged gas infrastructure that Russia shelled yesterday. This was reported by the press service of the local regional military administration.
In total, gas supply has been restored to all consumers who were left without gas after the shelling on February 11.
It is reminded that Russian occupiers launched a missile strike on Poltava region, as a result of which nine settlements in the Myrhorod district were left without gas. There are no reports of damage to civilian infrastructure. Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko reported that as a result of this attack, gas facilities were damaged.
Due to the missile strike, emergency shutdowns were introduced in Ukraine.
It was also reported that as a result of the attack, the production facilities of the 'Naftogaz Group' in Poltava region were affected, but there are no casualties among people.
'Naftogaz Group' stated that it is doing everything possible to stabilize the situation with gas supply in the region.
