In Odesa, there are casualties due to a Russian attack.

On April 21, Odesa was attacked by Russia using drones. The strikes caused damage to civilian infrastructure and residential buildings, as well as ignited fires. According to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, the consequences of the attack are being addressed by the relevant services.
Three people were injured in the Russian attack and are receiving medical assistance, Kiper reported.
The mayor of Odesa, Gennadiy Trukhanov, commented on the situation: 'The enemy struck residential buildings in a densely populated area of Odesa. Emergency and utility services are working on the site. Many apartments have been damaged. Our partners - public and charitable organizations will provide assistance to the affected.'
It should be reminded that the Air Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the location of the enemy's strike drones. As a result, 20 drone operators who used this facility were destroyed.
The General Staff emphasized: 'Our response to Russian actions against the Ukrainian army will continue. We will destroy elements of the military infrastructure of the occupiers without impunity.'
Earlier, Ukrainian fighters destroyed an enemy position with satellite equipment and the experimental reconnaissance drone 'Merlin-VR' of the occupiers.
Analysis:
The Russian attack on Odesa indicates the danger that the enemy poses to Ukraine. Drones caused significant damage to civilian infrastructure and residential buildings. However, the Ukrainian army continues to counterattack and eliminate enemy objects, noting that no war crime will go unpunished. The Ukrainian authorities intend to continue defending their territory and destroying enemy posts.
