Lawyer explained whether booking can be canceled due to data discrepancies in Reserv+.

It was explained to Ukrainians how they can lose their booking due to discrepancies in data in Reserv+ and certification
Lawyer Vladislav Deriy explained whether one can lose their booking due to discrepancies in the Reserv+ app and certification. A woman addressed him with this question because her husband was registered at an enterprise using the 'Diia' app, but there was a discrepancy in the documents. The lawyer states that it is impossible to cancel the booking due to this, but he recommends sending a letter to the TCC requesting to make changes to the Register of conscripts. Such actions will help correct discrepancies in the documents.
Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine 'On the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Personnel, and Reservists' grants the right to receive information about their inclusion in the Register and to make changes to it. In case of discrepancies in military documents, a citizen can contact the TCC at their place of military registration. The appeal can be submitted both in paper and electronic form.
Changes are made within five working days from the moment of the application submission. If the TCC does not make changes to the Register within five days, the man can challenge this inaction in court.
It is impossible to cancel the granted deferral, as there is a list of cases when it can be canceled. The lawyer reminds that young men can register for military service through the Reserv+ app.
