The Ukrainian national diving team has the opportunity to compete in five disciplines at the World Cup super final, which will take place in Beijing from May 2 to May 4. This was reported by the head coach of the Ukrainian team, Illya Tseliutin. Ukraine participated in two stages of the World Cup in diving, and the only award won was the 'bronze' that Oleksiy Sereda earned in the individual jumps from the 10-meter platform. All six Ukrainian athletes who participated in this year's stages of the World Cup will compete in the super final. Oleksiy Sereda will compete in three events: in individual and synchronized jumps, as well as in the team mixed event. In addition, Ukraine has the opportunity to compete in the women's synchronized jumps from the 10-meter platform and the team mixed event. At the previous stage in Windsor, Ukraine was not represented in any women's competitions due to the injuries of Sofia Liskun and Ksenia Baylo. 'Sofia was withdrawn only from the individual event, and then the synchronized one was withdrawn because Ksenia Baylo has a triceps issue. She needs to take a break. I think she will recover by the super final,' said Illya Tseliutin. Ukraine's participation in these events remains in question and depends on Ksenia Baylo's health condition. The Ukrainian national team in diving is represented by the following team for the World Cup super final: - Synchronized diving, 3 m (men): Stanislav Oliferchik, Kirill Bolukh; - Individual diving, 10 m (men): Oleksiy Sereda, Mark Hrytsenko; - Synchronized diving, 10 m (men): Oleksiy Sereda, Mark Hrytsenko; - Synchronized diving, 10 m (women): Sofia Liskun, Ksenia Baylo; - Team diving, 3 and 10 m (mixed).
