In the ranking of the wealthiest immigrants to the USA according to Forbes, four Ukrainians have appeared. This has become a reason for praise for our country, which has found itself among the leaders in terms of the number of billionaire immigrants.
Ukrainian billionaires in the ranking
According to Forbes, the list of the wealthiest immigrants in the USA includes Jan Koum, Leonid Radvinsky, Mykhailo Poltavets, and Max Levchin. Alongside them, prominent figures such as Elon Musk, Sergey Brin, and Jensen Huang are also among the ranking leaders.
Jan Koum
Jan Koum, co-founder of WhatsApp, ranked 9th with a net worth of $16.9 billion. After selling the company to Facebook in 2014 for $22 billion, Koum left his position as CEO in 2018 and began investing through his firm Newlands.
The ranking also features successful businessmen from Ukraine - Leonid Radvinsky, Mykhailo Poltavets, and Max Levchin, who have significant wealth.
Four Ukrainians have made it to the list of the wealthiest immigrants in the USA according to Forbes, indicating the successful business ventures of Ukrainian entrepreneurs abroad.
