Ukrainians were told what to do if the VLK conclusion is not displayed in "Reserve+".

The military accounting document in the "Reserve+" application may be valid only with the presence of a QR code, but it may not contain all the necessary data on compliance with military accounting rules.
This was reported by Larisa Kozak, an officer from the mobilization-defense work sector of the Kyiv city territorial recruitment and social support center, in an interview with Glavred.
According to CMU resolution No. 560, if during the check the absence of a military accounting document or data inconsistency is discovered, the person is notified or brought to the nearest TRC.
It is important to note that even with the presence of a QR code, the lack of information about passing a medical commission may lead to the person being brought to the TRC. Passing the military medical commission (VLK) is a mandatory requirement, and non-compliance can lead to administrative liability.
Kozak explained that if a person updated the data through "Reserve+" and received a printed military accounting document with a QR code, but does not have VLK documents or other necessary information, they risk being brought to the TRC during a document check.
During the check, not only military accounting documents are verified, but also compliance with other military accounting requirements and the consistency of the data in the TRC and the document.
