Ukrainians will receive free food products
In Khmelnytskyi, a distribution of food packages for internally displaced persons (IDPs) is organized. This information is reported by 'On Pension'.
Two categories of people may apply for the distribution of food packages:
- Internally displaced persons who have not received food assistance from November 2024 to January 2025
- New IDPs who have recently registered in the Khmelnytskyi city community.
The food distribution point is located at: Heroiv Mariupolya Street, 33 (formerly known as Gagarin Street). The working hours of the distribution point are from Monday to Thursday, from 9 AM to 4 PM.
To receive assistance, you need to have the following documents with you:
- passport
- TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number)
- IDP registration certificate
- children's birth certificates (if any).
The social program 'Care. Towards the Kyivans' continues in 2025
Kyiv continues to provide financial support to specific groups of the population through this program. The program is funded from the city budget and provides assistance to the following categories of people:
- people with disabilities
- orphans
- other socially vulnerable categories of the population
- internally displaced persons registered with social services in Kyiv.
In 2024, more than 33 thousand Kyiv residents received assistance through this program. The expenses for this program amounted to about 771 million hryvnias.
The program continues to operate in 2025, providing support to both the local population and the displaced persons.
Ukrainians have also been warned about a new fraudulent scheme related to payments.
