Ukrainians clarified how much a year of pension experience costs.

Ukrainians have the opportunity to improve their future pension by purchasing insurance experience, reports the Pension Fund.
According to the Pension Fund, citizens can compensate for missing periods of work.
Under current legislation, people from the age of 16 can voluntarily pay insurance contributions. To receive one full month of insurance experience, it is necessary to pay 1,760 UAH as a minimum insurance contribution. In 2024, a full year of experience will cost 21,480 UAH.
This mechanism is of great practical importance for various groups of citizens, such as the temporarily unemployed, Ukrainians living abroad and planning to receive a pension in Ukraine, as well as those who lack insurance experience to receive a full pension.
The flexibility of contributions is one of the main advantages of this system. Citizens independently choose how often and how much to pay, taking into account their financial capabilities. Contributions can be made to their own account or on behalf of others.
We remind you that from March 2025, pensioners have been promised an increase in payments.
