Another dam breach occurred in Russia.

In the city of Dalnerechensk, Primorsky Krai, a dam breach occurred on the night of August 6. The city's school has become a temporary shelter for those affected by the flood. This was reported by The Moscow Times.
«Rescuers recommend local residents to evacuate, but each person decides for themselves», – specified a representative of the Russian department.
The administration of Dalnerechensk warned that the water rise will last for another one to two days. The city has a population of 25,000 people. A warning about possible flooding was given to local residents on August 5.
At the moment, the active phase of the flood continues in Dalnerechensk. The water level in local water bodies continues to rise, and the ground is becoming saturated. Flooding of low-lying areas, road sections, and agricultural lands is predicted, noted the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
This is the fourth dam breach in the past two weeks. On July 26, a dam was breached at the Kialim Reservoir in the Karabash urban district of the Chelyabinsk region. On July 29, a dam breach occurred on the Belomorsk-Baltic Canal in the Segezha district of Karelia, resulting in the death of one person. On August 4, due to floods in Buryatia, the Khonkholoiskaya dam was breached, and several bridges, including pontoon ones, were destroyed.
Earlier, residents of the Chelyabinsk region affected by the dam breach and flooding complained that they were being forced to deal with the water pumping issue themselves.
