The phone of the scandalous judge Vovk's daughter became evidence in Dubinsky's case.

The SBI is investigating Diana Vovk's involvement in a criminal organization's activities
The State Bureau of Investigation has started verifying information about the possible involvement of Diana Vovk, the daughter of the former head of the Kyiv District Administrative Court Pavlo Vovk, in the activities of a criminal organization that includes MP Oleksandr Dubinsky, who is suspected of treason. According to the court case, the Security Service of Ukraine provided operational data about Diana Vovk's connection to hostile activities aimed at threatening national security. It is believed that the participants of the organization acted under the instructions of the Russian General Staff.
According to the court ruling, Diana Vovk was to receive instructions from Oleksandr Dubinsky regarding organizing meetings with potential individuals who may be related to illegal activities. Communication and task transmission occurred using special means ensuring anonymity. On March 28, 2025, a search was conducted at Diana Vovk's house, during which her unlocked mobile phone was discovered. A representative of Diana Vovk filed an appeal against the phone's seizure, claiming that there was a lack of evidence of involvement in the case. Despite the objections, the court decided to seize the phone, but the party filed an appeal against this decision.
The SBI is analyzing bank transactions of several individuals, including Diana Vovk
In August 2024, the State Bureau of Investigation also examined the bank transactions of several individuals, including Andriy Derkach, Oleksandr Dubinsky, Kostiantyn Kulyk, and Diana Vovk. It is known that the testimonies and records of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau mention Dubinsky's name in conversations about the power seizure. In March 2025, the High Council of Justice dismissed Pavlo Vovk, and the investigation regarding his daughter's connections to the suspects continues.
