Special pension supplements for children and donation: who can receive them.


Ukrainians can retire at the age of 60 with sufficient work experience. Such individuals are entitled to a number of supplements to their payments.
In particular, such individuals have the right to a supplement for children. It can be assigned to pensioners after their personal request. As of today, this supplement is 150 hryvnias and is provided in cases where a minor person permanently resides with the pensioner.
Donors also have the right to additional pension payments. As of today, this supplement is 292 hryvnias. This payment is provided on the condition that the person has the status of an honorary donor, which is assigned for:
donating 40 maximum permissible doses of blood; or 60 single maximum permissible doses of blood plasma.
