Russian troops shelled a multi-storey building in the city of Konstantynivka last night, resulting in at least 12 civilians being injured. «As a result of the airstrike, three men aged 46, 47, and 74, and a 47-year-old woman were injured. They were diagnosed with mine-explosive injuries, shrapnel wounds, contusions, and hypothermia. Eight more civilians aged between 41 and 75 received minor bodily injuries. They were rescued by firefighters», - the message states.
