Putin will think: Zelensky spoke about the 'victory plan' and Biden's role in it.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced his intention to present a strategic 'victory plan' for Ukraine in the United States. He spoke about this at the Yalta European Strategy meeting during an interview with journalist Fareed Zakaria.
Zelensky called the plan a strategic document that contains several key points. The president emphasized that this plan is of great importance to Ukraine and our military.
The president clarified that the implementation of each point of the plan would depend on the decisions of U.S. President Joe Biden. Zelensky also noted that the plan could not guarantee stopping Putin but would improve Ukraine's situation and make Russia consider ending the war.
The president did not disclose all the details of the plan but stressed directions such as the Kurchyn region, Ukraine's role in the global security infrastructure, and diplomatic measures to end the conflict.
Earlier, Volodymyr Zelensky announced a unilateral roadmap to end the war in Ukraine this fall.
