Occupants in Luhansk are trying to attract teachers from Russia by offering them financial rewards.
This was reported by the head of the Luhansk OVA, Artem Lysogor.
“In the so-called 'LPR', the one-Time payment is increasing to two million rubles for those who want to work in a rural school. For those who go to the 'Russian hinterlands', the financial incentive is reduced by half,” he noted.
Lysogor emphasized that this increase applies only to the occupied territories, as they are trying to solve the staffing problem since teachers are unwilling to go there.
“To receive the funds, one must work for five years in a school located in a village or a small town. Individuals over the age of 55 are not eligible for the program,” he explained.
