Obolon District State Administration Leads the Way — Achievements Over Five Years and Future Plans.


The head of the Obolon District State Administration of Kyiv, Kyrylo Fesyk, shared the district's achievements and explained why he continues to perform his duties despite personnel changes in the capital.

According to the district head, the Obolon District State Administration has shown some of the best indicators among city districts over the past five years.
Fesyk explained that he retains his position due to 'institutional memory' and the tangible results achieved.
'We are actually innovators in many areas. […] We also try to launch city-wide trends, city-wide tracks, because without false modesty, I will say that the history of vehicle removal — we were involved in the development of this plan, I personally', Fesyk explained.
The head of the District Administration also noted that the Obolon team strives to set the pace and direction for the entire capital, implementing modern solutions that have a significant impact.
It should be noted that serious violations in waste management have been discovered in the capital — the head of KP 'Kyivspetstrans' is under suspicion.
Also, negligence was found in the head of one of the departments of KP 'Kyivteleservis'. According to the investigation, as a result of her actions, more than 50 million hryvnias were illegally overpaid from the city budget.
During the broadcast, the head of the Obolon District State Administration of Kyiv, Kyrylo Fesyk, emphasized the achievements of his district and highlighted the work of the team, which sets ambitious goals to improve life in the capital. At the same time, facts of corruption and negligence in the management of certain municipal services of the city were noted, which requires attention and appropriate measures to be taken.
