Even the throwing of 'meat' at the front does not bring the enemy the desired results — military observer.

Payments to military personnel in Russia are constantly increasing due to the decrease in the number of people willing to sign contracts with the Ministry of Defense. Experts believe this could lead to real mobilization.
If at the beginning of the year the payment was 200 thousand rubles, now these figures are increasing. In Kazan, the increase is 1.7 million rubles and will reach 2.1 million rubles. In Moscow and the region, it is expected to increase to 5 million rubles. In general, contract signers will be paid more than 2 million rubles, said military observer Denis Popovych.
According to him, the increase in payments is due to the decrease in the number of people willing to sign contracts because of the spread of information about the real situation at the front. The Russian army is also facing problems with replenishing equipment, as its supplies are gradually depleting. Therefore, the Kremlin is trying to attract help from North Korea.
Despite this, the Russian authorities are currently refraining from declaring a general mobilization because they fear protests. They are trying to meet the needs of the army through voluntary contracting and increasing payments.
However, if general mobilization becomes a reality, the payments may cease. Therefore, Russian society has a negative attitude towards forced mobilization, Popovych emphasized.
According to the expert, the situation in Russia differs from 2022, when there was partial mobilization. Now, even the mass deployment of troops to the front does not produce the desired results, but only leads to heavy losses and is paid for in blood. Additionally, there is hidden resistance in Russian society to forced mobilization.
