Master of Sports in Rowing Killed at the Front.

Ukrainian sports has lost one of its true heroes. Unfortunately, Yuriy Bredak was killed at the front, who distinguished himself not only in sports but also in battle.

According to Sport.ua, Yuriy Bredak was a master of sports in rowing in Ukraine and a veteran of the volunteer movement.

Bredak participated in the defense of Ukraine from the first days of the war and went through many hot spots. He lived in Irpin with his family for the last 15 years. He is remembered as a devoted husband, father, and friend. He always had a calm strength, noted by his comrades. Farewells to the hero took place on July 7 in Kyiv, and he was buried at the Alley of Memory in Irpin. Yuriy Bredak was only 46 years old.

After signing a contract with the territorial defense in 2021, he participated in battles at the forefront in 2022 in various directions. Even after being wounded, he never abandoned his comrades and always returned to the front.

Yuriy Bredak is a true hero who gave everything for his country and will forever remain in the memory of Ukrainians.
