The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine reported that in November, domestic government bonds (OVDP) became the main source of funding for the state budget for 2024. According to the agency, by December 1, 14.4 billion US dollars equivalent came to the State Budget of Ukraine through the issuance of OVDP.
Total funding, including external financing, increased by 8.4 billion US dollars in November, of which 2 billion US dollars were raised through the issuance of OVDP. The European Union, the United States, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and Japan continue to be the main donors of budget support.
