Elon Musk at the Center of Conflict Over Fence in Austin

In the city of Austin (Texas), neighbors of billionaire Elon Musk are demanding the demolition of his fence, which was built in violation of zoning regulations. According to The New York Times, the businessman became the owner of a mansion in an elite neighborhood for $6 million. Musk's new neighbors didn't even know he had become their neighbor, as only builders and servicing personnel appeared on the site.

The conflict arises because Musk started construction without permits. The city authorities are unwilling to make exceptions for him, as this could set a precedent for other residents. Fearing such developments, they are awaiting a city council meeting regarding this situation.

Earlier, we reported that a loud conflict erupted in the U.S. between Musk and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent over a personnel decision by the President. There was a public quarrel between them that ended with a physical intervention by an aide.

Statement on Reducing Time for Company Management

Elon Musk announced that starting in May, he will reduce the time spent on administration and focus on managing Tesla. This statement came in connection with a decline in shipments of outdated Tesla models, leading to a massive sell-off of the company's shares.

Analyzing the situation, one can conclude that Elon Musk is increasingly finding himself at the center of various conflicts. He seemingly could avoid many problems by adhering to local rules and laws, as well as being more attentive to his business obligations.
