- horseradish leaves - a few pieces.
Cooking Method
Thoroughly wash the tomatoes in cold water, remove the stems.
Prepare the greens, garlic, horseradish, and dill - everything should be fresh and aromatic.
Place parsley (greens or root), garlic cloves, dill flower, and horseradish leaves at the bottom of clean jars.
Tightly fill the jars with tomatoes, being careful not to damage the fruits.
Prepare the brine separately: dissolve the salt in filtered water at the rate of 1 tbsp per 1 liter. Pour the brine into the jars so that the liquid completely covers the vegetables.
Pour boiling water over the nylon lids for softness and tightly close the jars with them. Leave at room temperature for 5-7 days.
