The GUR has updated the list of Russian athletes supporting the war: who made it to the list.


Fresh data from the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense's intelligence has revealed new facts about Russian athletes who support the war. Their names are now listed on the War&Sanctions portal in the 'Champions of Terror' section. The list has been updated with 10 new athletes who, according to intelligence, actively support the Kremlin's aggressive policies while remaining active in the sports world.
Among the new additions are athletes like Yana Egoryan, Alina Zagitova, Kliment Kolesnikov, Yevgeny Baiduzov, Aram Grigoryan, Ilya Burov, and others. In total, there is currently information about 159 Russian athletes in the 'Champions of Terror' list who support aggression against Ukraine.
Mira Andreeva and Anton Yendzhievsky are active participants in the pro-Putin organization 'Popular Front', which is under sanctions by the EU and other countries. Anton published photos about assisting the occupiers, while Mira liked propaganda materials.
The intelligence continues to study the situation with Russian athletes supporting the war and adds new participants to the 'Champions of Terror' list.
