Azov Reported How Many of Their Warriors are in Russian Captivity.

More than 900 fighters of the Azov brigade are in the captivity of the Russian Federation, reports the brigade's press service. During today's exchange, 15 Azov fighters were freed. Four brothers-in-arms and 11 sisters-in-arms spent more than two years in captivity and today met with their relatives. The military thanked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the SBU, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the GUR, and everyone who made efforts to bring the Azov fighters home.
At the same Time, the military noted that the return of fighters from captivity is the greatest motivation for the brigade, which holds the line of defense on one of the most challenging fronts. They promise to fight for every brother-in-arms and sister-in-arms and bring them back to their homeland. The brigade hopes to systematize the process of freeing from captivity and continue the exchanges.
During the next exchange, 49 Ukrainians, including soldiers of the Armed Forces, the National Guard, the National Police, the Border Service, and civilians, were returned. In total, 3569 Ukrainians have returned from Russian captivity. Additionally, Ukraine returned 115 defenders from captivity in the framework of the 55th exchange, among them were conscript soldiers who were captured during the first months of the Russian invasion.
