US Airbase in Iraq Attacked by 'Katyusha' Rockets - Media.

As a result of the attack on the military base in Iraq, at least five American servicemen were injured. This was reported by Reuters, citing unnamed American officials.
According to two Iraqi sources, two 'Katyusha' rockets were fired at the Al-Asad airbase. One of the Iraqi sources reported that the rockets landed on the base. It is unclear whether this attack was related to Iran's threats to take action in response to the killings.
Last week, Iran stated that the US is responsible for the killing of Hamas leader Ismail Ghania in Tehran due to its support for Israel.
US officials, who wished to remain anonymous, reported that one of the Americans was seriously injured. According to them, the number of casualties may still change as the data is based on initial reports.
