Ashan, Metro and Varus showed fresh prices for buckwheat, rice, and pasta: how prices have changed.


Ukrainian supermarkets updated prices for buckwheat, rice, and pasta as of November 24.
According to 'Khvylia', this is evidenced by data from the Minfin portal.
Grains and pasta are the main components of the diet of Ukrainian families, and their prices are of great importance. At the end of autumn, the prices for some of them have increased.
It should be noted that buckwheat increased in price from 28.74 UAH to 32.57 UAH per kilogram, which is an increase of 13.3%.
The price range for buckwheat differs in different chains: from 25.90 UAH in 'Ashan' to 40.00 UAH in 'MegaMarket'.
As for rice, the situation varies depending on the type of product. Long rice has become cheaper by 2 kopecks - 58.20 UAH per kilogram. Steamed long rice increased in price from 66.60 to 66.73 UAH, while round rice rose from 67.78 to 69.47 UAH per kilogram.
Pasta feathers have become cheaper - from 33.87 UAH to 33.53 UAH per kilogram. The most affordable prices for pasta are offered by the 'Metro' chain - 27.90 UAH per kilogram, while in 'Ashan' they cost 41.40 UAH.
