Aliyev never served in the 112th brigade. The volunteer sharply criticized the former Dynamo player.

Volunteer Symoroz refuted Aliyev's statements
Volunteer Oleg Symoroz, who lost his legs in the war, expressed his dissatisfaction with the statements of former Dynamo player Oleksandr Aliyev about his participation in the 129th battalion of the 112th brigade. Symoroz emphasized that such information could harm the reputation of his brigade.
According to Symoroz, Aliyev was not involved in combat operations, but had the status of 'Participant in hostilities'. He also noted that Aliyev did not serve in the 129th battalion of the 112th brigade, as the footballer himself claimed.
The volunteer emphasized that many photos of Aliyev from Donbas were taken during 'volunteer trips', where he did not perform any military tasks. There were also cases where he avoided mobilization and refused to take a sobriety test.
It is noted that Oleg Symoroz went to the front as a volunteer in 2022 and lost both legs after stepping on a mine. After that, he underwent long treatment and rehabilitation.
