Ukrainian actor Bohdan Benyuk in an interview for the project 'Na chasi' expressed his opinion on the war, patriotism and attitudes towards the Russian language in Ukraine. He urged Ukrainians not to be afraid to stand their ground and to respond harshly to manifestations of the Russian language in public spaces.

If you hear the Russian language, pay attention immediately. Don't get angry, or you will have a heart attack. If they respond to you, spit in their face, and that's it.
We fight, we win. We all fight, by all means. And we fiercely hate that bastard, wherever he may be. Even next to you, when you hear the Russian language, pay attention immediately. Speak sharply, don't get angry, or you won't survive a heart attack. If they reply to you, spit in their face, and that's it.

Benyuk emphasized the importance of instilling patriotism in the younger generation. He suggests paying attention to the youth, who are already nearing completion, but gaining new knowledge is difficult. The actor believes that attention should be paid to teachers in schools and universities and to monitor the language they use in teaching and how it is adhered to.

Benyuk also shared his vision for raising children. He advises allowing the child to learn poems, to sing songs, and to enjoy what they do. The actor emphasizes the need to support the child, not to overwhelm them with dark thoughts, and to give them the opportunity to make their own choices in the future.

Benyuk called on Ukrainians to unite in the fight against Russian aggression.

People's Artist of Ukraine Bohdan Benyuk has previously defended the acting teachers at the Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema and Television named after Ivan Karpenko-Kary, who have been accused by students of sexual harassment and misconduct.
