The lawyer responded if CCC can re-register for military service.

Lawyer Rostyslav Kravets explained important points regarding the exclusion and release of Ukrainian citizens from military registration.
He mentioned this in a commentary for "Novyny. Live".
According to him, there are certain grounds on which a person can be excluded from military registration, for example, due to health conditions, reaching the age limit, loss of citizenship, conscription or mobilization, death.
Kravets emphasized that if a person is excluded from registration due to health conditions, and this is correctly documented in the military registration document, then such a person is no longer required to serve in the army. In such a case, any attempt by the military registration commission and the conscription service to re-register the person will be illegal.
The lawyer advised that in case of such illegal actions by the military commission, one should seek legal assistance and appeal in court. He stressed that the possibility of returning to military registration is possible only at the request of the individual. If a person was excluded due to health conditions, then to return to registration, it is necessary to undergo a military medical commission, which will determine whether the health condition allows returning to military registration.
