Head of the SBU spoke about the fight against 'agents in robes'

The main chief of the Ukrainian Security Service, Lieutenant General Vasyl Malyk, reported that their service is actively identifying and holding accountable traitors and agents of Russia, in particular by uncovering individuals who use religious rites as a cover. Everyone who collaborates with the aggressor bears responsibility, regardless of their status or appearance.

He also emphasized that while respect for freedom of conscience and religion is important, any violations of the law, especially those related to state security, will be punished, including members of religious organizations.

«Even if a person wears a robe and uses incense, that does not exempt them from the law. Responsibility for violations and the law is applied equally», - noted the Head of the SBU.

A representative of the SBU spoke about the active fight against agents of the Russian Federation operating under the guise of church rituals. The service continues to identify and hold accountable traitors, regardless of their appearance or status. A significant number of proceedings have been uncovered, and numerous individuals have been convicted of espionage and collaboration with the aggressor.
