Ukraine continues the general mobilization that began with the introduction of martial law throughout the country.
Parents of many children - three or more minor children - have the right to a deferral from mobilization. Lawyers have explained the circumstances under which obtaining a deferral for this reason is the easiest.
Lawyer Vladislav Deryi pointed out that the easiest way for large families to obtain a deferral is if all their children were born from one marriage. 'If all the children are from one marriage, the husband can apply for a deferral online through 'Reserve+',' emphasized the lawyer. As for other options, Deryi added, the situation becomes more complicated.
In any case, the lawyer noted, 'a deferral can only be obtained at the territorial recruitment center where the husband is registered for military service'.
